It depends on several factors, such as the type of employment agency, its financial health and your growth potential. After an audit of accounts, we will determine the value of your employment agency based on the financial results of the past few years. Everything in consultation with you, of course. 

Yes, we are in fact taking over control. But we don’t work the way we do for nothing. You will therefore continue to carry out the operational policy, and we will mainly have an advisory and coaching role.

Your employment agency and you, the entrepreneur, must both be ready for growth. That’s why it’s important to us that your employment agency has been in business for at least 3 years, has at least 5 permanent employees, a minimum annual profit of €80,000 per year, and a healthy ratio of temporary workers (70%) to self-employed persons (30%).
